1) Ordering
We also search for watches upon request as well as buy in selected watches from you. For ordering, please call Tel: (+65) 6736 2777 or simply send us an email stating the brand and model number and our customer service officer will get in touch with you shortly as a confirmation of an order & reservation.

2) Payment
For customer who come to our gallery in Singapore, we accept payment by cash, NETS and all credit cards (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB and Diners).

You can also choose to pay your purchases by interest-free instalment plan at Bysell by Standard Chartered Bank 6, 12 months instalment plan. Minimum requirement of $500.

For internet order, we accept Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer = T/T) payment only.

3) Custom Made Orders (CMO) and Reserved Items
- Deposits for these orders / items are not refundable.
- These orders / items are to be collected and paid in full within the stipulated period or within 3 months from date of order, after which the deposit will be forfeited without prior notice.

4) Alteration, Repair and Other Services
- Every care and effort will be taken in the course of alteration, repair, and other services, however, in the event of any loss or damage, Bysell will not be liable for any replacement of the original item.
